Find and install skills
Find a skill from skills.sh, a local folder, or a public GitHub or GitLab folder, inspect it, and install it.
Open Find new skills
Open the More menu and choose Find new skills. Choose User to make the skill available across workspaces, or Workspace to make it available in the selected workspace.
Choose a source and find a skill
- Choose skills.sh, Local folder, or Code hosting under Source of the skill.
- For skills.sh, type search words. For Local folder, enter the full folder path or select Choose folder…. For Code hosting, enter the web address of a folder on GitHub or GitLab.
- Wait for the results. A skill is a folder containing a
SKILL.mdfile; the result rows show the skill name and where it comes from. - Select Inspect to read the skill before installation.
Install a result
Select Install on the result row. If a skill with the same name is already installed at the selected level and its SKILL.md differs, confirm Replace; the installed skill moves to the Trash before the new skill is installed.
